Hybrid FaxCloud

The Hybrid FaxCloud is an IP Telephony Service for RightFax.

The HFC is a solution that can reduce fax telephony costs by up to 50% and give you complete visibility of your fax costs. It is an easy to deploy, secure, scalable and resilient IP based fax service that enables you to send and receive faxes from RightFax utilising your existing internet connection.

The HFC utilises T.38 protocols across our IP network which means we provide a higher Quality of Service (QoS) without jitter and latency often found on networks using G.711 codec.

Our Hybrid strategy means that RightFax remains on premise so there's no change to critical application and mail integrations and your data remains secure.
