Technical Support

We all know the importance of a technical support team who are certified experts, and a helpdesk which is available when you need it.
Our technical support team operates an extensive test and development environment where we fault find and replicate. Underpinning our operation is a tightly integrated CRM system and knowledge base for production fax.

Technical support is proprietary to Axient and not delivered through third parties giving you surety that we are always available and only a phone call away.

Platinum Certification and Premier partnership means we have achieved the highest level of technical, pre-sales and sales certification possible. All functions of the business including helpdesk are delivered directly to you by Axient.

System Administration Services (SAS)
Axient provides SAS for Open Text RightFax through our technical experience and support systems, lowering your operational TCO and freeing staff to focus on other business critical systems. Our experienced team will access and administer your Open Text RightFax server on a regular basis and no matter how simple or complex your system architecture. SAS services can be purchased as a fixed monthly price, per server.

Helpdesk
Axient provides clients with a fully staffed help desk that operates 24/7/365. The system provides a complete ITIL process for ticket and issue management. This includes a full test and development environment including support for Fax over IP and Open Text RightFax running on VM EXware.

Training
Axient is a certified training partner for all of the products we sell. We provide certified Systems Administrator training, end user training, customised training or regular technical updates for new staff.

Software Maintenance
Axient manages all elements of our client’s software maintenance and provides help desk support agreements. We offer a proven business process that ensures this important piece of administration is well managed for you.

Fax Hardware Support
To mitigate business risk and ensure system uptime, Axient provides a back to back warranty for fax card support. We hold an inventory of replacement fax cards that can be swapped out and installed whilst the vendor warranty process takes place.
