
Microsoft Outlook Fax to Email
The RightFax Microsoft Exchange Module gives users one centralized place to send, receive and manage fax and emails—through their Outlook email inbox—with seamless integration.
The RightFax Microsoft Exchange Module links the Exchange mail server and Active Directory with RightFax desktop faxing and database synchronisation features, creating a fully unified fax and email solution.
Integrates with: Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 and 2003. Requires a Windows clients running Microsoft Outlook 2000 or higher
RightFax requirements: RightFax server 9.0 with the optional RightFax Microsoft Exchange Module installed
RightFax Microsoft Exchange Module features include:
- Create, send, receive and manage faxes directly within Microsoft Outlook—organize, forward and respond to your faxes exactly the same as email messages.
- Easily generate and send new faxes to one or more contact addresses in an Outlook Contacts folder—include both fax recipients and email recipients in the same form.
- Generate custom, automated notifications about sent and received faxes in Outlook.
- Track inbound and outbound faxes with the Exchange Message Tracking Log.
- Use the Web delivery feature to reduce fax volume on the mail server by sending only email notification and hyperlink to access fax images stored on the RightFax server. (Requires RightFax Web Access Module.)
- Take advantage of encrypted and certified document delivery from Outlook. (Requires SecureDocs Module.)
